This bright 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Emilio Rubin, in Hortaleza, is located in a recently renovated building with a gorgeous shared swimming pool available during the summer months. The exterior apartment is equipped with AC and has 2 modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a living area that opens out onto a sunny private terrace.
The apartment is located in one of the wealthiest areas of Madrid, surrounded shops and restaurants. The lovely and tranquil Parque Pinar Del Rey is within walking distance, and you can access the M30 motorway and public transport nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely renovated and stylishly furnished.
- The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for an al fresco meal.
- Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled.
- There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- This elegant and well-connected area will make a fantastic base to explore Madrid.
