This furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Valderribas in Retiro is 70 m² and spreads over 2 levels. The highlight of this property has to be its sunny rooftop terrace with panoramic views. There is also an equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The apartment is located 10 minutes from the metro, and close to shops, restaurants, and tapas bars. There is a supermarket just down the road, and you will find a shopping mall and movie theatre a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The terrace comes with a table and chairs for a meal outdoors.
- Bedroom 1 also has a private balcony.
- Bedroom 2 has a cozy, loft-style reading area with a bookcase and some bean bags.
- There is AC and heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, and TV.
- The apartment is 20 minutes from El Retiro Park on foot.
- Miguel Angel the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has a washing machine, but was being repaired at the time of our visit.
- Bedroom 2 is accessed via a spiral staircase.
