A stunning 1-bedroom apartment with an adorable terrace is available to rent in Salamanca. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the lovely, white sofa and watch TV, or open the balcony door to let some fresh air in. The kitchen is small but has all the essentials, including an oven, a 2-burner stove, a large fridge, and a dishwasher. In the bedroom, you'll find a large double bed and an enormous built-in wardrobe. Inside the wardrobe is a washer-dryer, as well as lots of shelving space for extra towels or bed linen. The bathroom is also modern, with a big walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and some storage space under the sink.
Salamanca is one of Madrid's most upscale and central neighborhoods. Around the apartment, you'll find lots of shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and bars to enjoy, as well as several small parks. And for anything you can't find around the neighborhood, a Metro station is just a short walk from your doorstep!

- The terrace is adorable.
- The kitchen is small, but it has all the appliances and cooking utensils you could dream of.
- The apartment has a washer-dryer-- no line-drying clothes here!
