This nicely renovated 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Desengaño, in Centro, is beautifully decorated and has 2 balconies with lovely street views. The 65 m² property is equipped with 2 AC units, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom, and offers a kitchen with all the essentials to cook. The bedroom is en-suite, and comes with a double bed, while the living area is furnished with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 tenants.
The apartment boasts an excellent location right in the boundary of Madrid City Centre and trendy Malasaña neighbourhood. The iconic Gran Vía is just 2 minutes away on foot, and you can also walk to the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and many of the city's most well-known attractions.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is quiet while being centrally located, and receives good natural light.
- The AC units can also be used as heaters.
- Enjoy your own cinema experience at home! The TV has 4k resolution and a 55" screen!
- The bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe.
- The bathroom is stylishly tiled and has a washing machine.
