Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)
Living in Madrid for a while is an incredible experience, but doing it from the 13th floor of a building right on Princesa Street takes it to another level. If you're here for studies or work and are looking for a place that makes you feel like you own the city, this apartment is a perfect choice.
The first thing that will leave you speechless are the unobstructed views to the west: having breakfast while looking at the Temple of Debod, the Campo del Moro and the endless green of the gardens of the Royal Palace and Casa de Campo is a luxury that few temporary rentals offer.
The living room is a spacious area bathed in natural light thanks to its high ceilings, ideal whether you need to set up your home office or prefer to relax on the sofa watching the sunset over Madrid. The separate kitchen is very comfortable and comes fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and complete kitchenware.
