El segundo dormitorio dispone de dos camas individuales, armarios, ventilador de techo y balcón. La vivienda dispone de un amplio pasillo dotado de aire acondicionado para una buena climatización además de un baño adicional con secador, toallas, y productos de higiene personal. Hay una amplia cocina con todo lo necesario (utensilios para cocinar, cubertería, vajilla, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, tostador, sandwichera..) junto a la cocina una gran comedor, además de una sala de estar con gran smart tv

- La Latina has a vibrant bar scene, and there are also several art galleries and museums in the area.
- There are several lovely parks to explore nearby.
