Destaca por su inmejorable localización (a escasos pasos de la boca de metro y del COrte inglés de la castellana-nuevos ministerios). A quince min. andando de la calle Ponzano y Orense, gran oferta gastronómica y de ocio. Parque de Canal muy cercano con pista para correr.
Mucha capacidad de almacenaje (armarios empotrados en las dos habitaciones), cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (horno, nevera a estrenar, lavavajillas, microondas a estrenar, vitroceramica, cristalería y vajilla), calefacción individual y aire acondicionado silencioso Daikin a estrenar.
