This 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Monteleon, in Malasaña, has a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The charming living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television, and the bathroom is ensuite.

The apartment is located in a lively and central area, just 12 minutes from the Gran Vía on foot. You will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore nearby, and the Metro stops 5 minutes away to take you around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is central but quiet, as it faces away from the street.
  • The bedroom has a big wardrobe.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
