Landlord request documents to validate your request. If you don't provide them, your request will be rejected.The salary of the tenant or parents in the case of students must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

For students:
- University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
- Proof that the salary of the parent is at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
For Professionals:
- Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
- Proof that the salary of the tenantis at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
- Last two Pay slips.

***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
