No se oyen más ruidos que los de la naturaleza pero a 5- 8 min de todos los servicios: farmacias, supermercado Mercadona, restaurantes. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones con 3 camas de matrimonio para 6 personas, 2 baños completos, un despacho, una enorme cocina completa con isla y vistas espectaculares, un amplio salón con vistas y mucha luz, aparcamiento dentro de la parcela para 2 coches. También tiene barbacoa webber, wifi, aire acondicionado en la habitación principal y ventiladores en el resto. Hay dos TV, una en el salón y otra en la cocina.
**Servicios y zonas comunes**
No hay zonas compartidas. Se entrega casa y finca de 1200m2 completos.
Hay plazas para dos coches dentro y cargador wall box tipo 2 Mennekes para coche eléctrico.
**Otros aspectos destacables**
Entrada a partir de las 17:00, salida no después de las 12:00.
IMPORTANTE: la finca tiene acceso directo a la piscina y no tiene vaya de seguridad, por lo que con niños es necesaria la vigilancia.
No se permite fumar dentro de la casa pero sí en el exterior.
Se pueden traer mascotas pero no se pueden subir a camas ni sofás,
No se pueden utilizar vasos de cristal en el jardín y piscina, mejor de plástico ( hay en la cocina).
