This 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Tetuán, Madrid, right next to Paseo La Castellana. There is a sofa facing a flat-screen television on the bottom floor, as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and also has a small electric stove and a microwave.
