El espacio
Si buscas un sitio nuevo y bien comunicado, este dúplex te va a gustar. Lo acabamos de reformar por completo, así que todo (muebles, colchón, cocina) está a estrenar. Es un espacio abuhardillado con mucha luz, ideal si vienes a Madrid para trabajar o estudiar y quieres sentirte como en casa.
Lo mejor del piso:
Dormitorio arriba: La cama de matrimonio está en la parte de arriba (abuhardillada). Es un sitio súper tranquilo y acogedor para dormir sin ruidos.
Además tiene una mesa donde podrás estudiar o teletrabajar.
Todo listo para entrar: La cocina tiene de todo (tostadora, cafetera microondas vajilla, sartenes) y en el baño te dejo toallas limpias y secador.
Además el salón incluye una smart TV nueva y un ventilador de techo que junto al aire acondicionado hará que siempre estés fresquito.
El barrio es una zona con vida auténtica. Tienes supermercados abiertos veinticuatro horas a la vuelta de la esquina, un par de sitios de café de especialidad y bares de los de siempre para tomarte una caña y una tapa.
