Excelente piso exterior para entrar a vivir, completamente amueblado con mobiliario moderno, muy luminoso y en buen estado, bien aislado con ventanas climalit con rotura de puente térmico, aire acondicionado frío/calor, calefacción individual de gas natural, cocina de gas.
Con dos dormitorios, uno doble y uno individual, y un baño con bañera. Cocina equipada con frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas y microondas. Puerta blindada con cerradura antibumping. Suelos de tarima y armarios empotrados con gran capacidad de almacenaje.
El edificio tiene la fachada en renovación, y se están instalando paneles solares en la cubierta, lo que permitirá bajar el coste de la luz a todos los vecinos, una vez esté terminada la obra, previsiblemente en el mes de julio.
Ubicado en calle semipeatonal muy próximo a varios supermercados (Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour express, Dia.. . ). Muy bien comunicado, con tres paradas de metro a menos de cinco minutos (Avenida de América, Diego de León, Cartagena) y próximo a Gimansio Moscardó.
