Bajo exterior muy amplio y luminoso con ventanales a la calle en una zona muy tranquila y céntrica, al lado de Nuevos Ministerios, Cuatro Caminos y la calle Ponzano de Madrid.
La propiedad está completamente amueblada con aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, calefactores eléctricos, ventiladores, TV, cocina totalmente equipada y baño.
Los electrodomésticos se encuentran en muy buen estado.
La habitación del piso inferior actualmente cuenta con tres camas individuales, pero podría sustituirse una de las camas por un escritorio.
Ideal para dos o tres estudiantes, profesionales, o familias, ya que la zona es céntrica y está muy bien conectada por metro y autobús, pero a la vez se ubica en un punto con muy poco tráfico y sin ruidos de la calle.
Se busca gente responsable y que respete las normas de convivencia de la comunidad.
