Cuenta con tres balcones a la calle, desde los cuales podrás ver perfectamente los jardines del Museo Reina Sofía. El entorno es inmejorable, rodeado de los principales museos y los conservatorios de música. Además, está a pocos metros de la estación de tren de Atocha, metro y autobus, estando perfectamente comunicado y manteniendo a la vez un carácter residencial muy tranquilo.
La vivienda está amueblada , con aire acondicionado f/c y su cocina independiente está totalmente equipada con lavadora, frigorífico, placa vitrocerámica de fuegos, microondas y un pequeño horno convencional.
Cada dormitorio dispone de una cama doble. Los colchones serán cambiados con la entrada del inquilino, pudiendo elegir el tamaño si se necesita más espacio libre en la habitación.
