This temporary rental apartment, located on the ground floor in the Moncloa area, combines spaciousness, comfort and industrial style, ideal for groups or students looking for a practical space with excellent connections to the rest of the city.
The day area stands out for its bright living-dining room, with a large sofa, television and a dining table for 8 people, perfect for meetings or shared meals. The integrated kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and washing machine, with a functional design and quality materials.
The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double bunk beds, and the other two with bunk beds that combine a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top, offering capacity for several occupants in a tidy and well-distributed environment. The full bathroom has a shower and is modern and careful.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Lago station (L10), and within walking distance of Casa de Campo, Parque del Oeste and the Complutense University of Madrid.
