The apartment offers a comfortable and well-distributed living-dining room, equipped with sofas, armchairs and television, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The dining area features a table for four, ideal for everyday meals as well as entertaining guests.
The kitchen is integrated and functional, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. It offers ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space.
The property includes a master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and access to a small Juliet balcony that provides natural light. In addition, there is a second room currently used as a study or workspace (soon to be converted into a bedroom), equipped with a desk and built-in wardrobes, perfect for working from home or studying. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
