Piso muy luminoso y alegre en la última planta del edificio. Tiene dos habitaciones muy agradables, baño amplio y cocina independiente. Las habitaciones dan a un patio interior del edificio que está impecable y tiene mucha luz natural. El salón tiene unas ventanas estupendas que dan al exterior.
El inmueble se encuentra en un barrio muy bueno y en una calle muy tranquila. Está muy bien comunicado con cuatro líneas de Metro de Madrid y numerosos autobuses, cerca del intercambiador de Avenida América y con acceso rápido al aeropuerto.
