What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Very quiet, atico apartment in the centre of Madrid, Ideal for students - with air condition system in both rooms (individual units), espresso machine , and it has great fast internet acsses !
For single or couple but not for roomates. Sorry we do not aqccpet staying with pets and this is a non smoking apartment.
The areas is the centre of Madrid with many meteo lines and busses around, and yet the apartment is super quiet, last floor with an elevator in the building.
It is very clean and we want to keep it that way, we have handyman for any need.
You have to pay the rent monthly bases, directly to us.
