Apartamento acogedor en un bajo con entrada independiente desde la calle, en el barrio de Lucero (distrito de Latina). Ideal para nómadas digitales y estudiantes que buscan una base estable en Madrid durante una temporada.
El salón es un espacio abierto tipo americano que integra estar, comedor y cocina, con suelo en tarima efecto madera, techos altos y buena luz natural. Cuenta con sofá de tres plazas, mesa de centro, TV y una zona de comedor independiente. Junto a la ventana hay un escritorio con silla de oficina, ideal para trabajar en remoto o estudiar sin mezclarlo con el descanso.
La cocina está totalmente equipada: placa vitrocerámica, horno y frigorífico, todo lo necesario para cocinar a diario.
La habitación queda separada del salón por un panel de vidrieras que deja pasar la luz sin perder privacidad. Tiene cama de matrimonio, mesitas de noche y un pequeño rincón de descanso junto a la ventana.
