The 35 m² property has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a television, sofa, and dining table. There is also an attic level where you will find the second bedroom and additional storage space.

The apartment is located in a vibrant multicultural neighbourhood that offers plenty to see and do. Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor are within a 12-minute walk, and you will find numerous bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants to explore nearby.
