The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV, sit down to a delicious meal at the large dining table, or step outside onto the charming balcony for some fresh air on a sunny day. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
All 3 bedrooms have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and lovely, blue tiling.
You'll be living in Guindalera, a well-connected neighborhood just 10 minutes from Ventas. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
