Piso reformado en julio de 2025, muebles nuevos, recién pintado y suelo recién barnizado. Muy luminoso. Disponibilidad para 4 personas. Dispone de lavadora, lavavajillas, calefacción y A/C. Gran capacidad de almacenaje. Barrio limpio muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado (a 5 minutos del Metro Delicias, de Legazpi y de las paradas de autobús al centro, está a unos 10 min caminando del Parque Madrid Rio, a dos paradas de Atocha, se puede ir e bus o caminando al Rastro de Madrid y la Latina. Se encuentra muy cerca del Museo del Ferrocarril.
