Gran capacidad de almacenaje. Barrio limpio muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado (a 5 minutos del Metro Delicias, de Legazpi y de las paradas de autobús al centro, está a unos 10 min caminando del Parque Madrid Rio, a dos paradas de Atocha, se puede ir e bus o caminando al Rastro de Madrid y la Latina. Se encuentra muy cerca del Museo del Ferrocarril.
