This chic 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Capitan Haya in Tetuan is stylishly furnished and has a modern equipped kitchen. This spacious 55m² property has plenty of built-in storage and comfortable amenities. The bathroom is large and has a modern standing shower, additional storage, and a washing machine.
Located in a colorful business district, but outside the city center, you will be close to plenty of stylish international and local restaurants. Cuzco Metro station is less than 5-minutes walk away, and daily services are all nearby, including gyms, computer/cell phone stores, and a supermarket.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is super chic and well-furnished. The minimalist, all-white decor makes the already spacious apartment feel bigger and brighter.
- You are located in a very convenient neighborhood with plenty of metro stations and restaurants right outside the door.
- It will be easy to relax at home on the comfortable couch.
- There is plenty of built-in storage around the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There are 2 induction plates on the stove, but if you don't feel like cooking, Tetuan has plenty of international and authentic local restaurants for you to explore.
