This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the central district of Malasaña is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment has small windows that let in natural light and high ceilings. There is a semi-open kitchen and living room with a practical service window. The living room has a comfy couch, dining table and small TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. The bedroom is quite spacious and has an en-suite bathroom.
On Calle del Limón, you are in the heart of the Malasaña district. You are very well-connected to all parts of Madrid with more than 2 Metro stops within 10 minutes of the apartment. But you won't need to go very far to run day-to-day errands or for something to do on the weekend, because you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. If you love getting cultural, you are also close to the Conde Duque Cultural Center, which is always hosting events.
