A modern 2-bedrooms apartment with a balcony is available to rent near the iconic Gran Vía in Madrid Centro. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV, or step out onto the balcony for some fresh air on a sunny day. The kitchen has all the basics, including a small stove, a large fridge-freezer, and a washing machine.

The bedroom 1 is spacious and bright, and it is well-furnished with a comfy double bed and strings outside the window for line-drying your clothes. Bedroom 2 with a comfy single bed and direct access to the living room. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and a large mirror over the sink.

You'll be living in Madrid's historic city center, just a 2-minute walk from the iconic Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. You'll have it all here-- the area is packed with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, shops, and monuments. You'll also be within close walking distance of 2 of Madrid's trendiest neighborhoods: Chueca and Malasaña. And, with 2 Metro stations nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
