This wonderful and cosy flat has two bedrooms and is perfect for a family holiday or for a group of friends, as it can accommodate up to seven people.
It is located in the centre of Madrid, just a few steps from Puerta del Sol, one of the most famous squares in the capital. Surrounded by tourist attractions such as Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Santa Ana, Plaza del Callao, Gran Via, which is the most famous street in Madrid full of establishments of all kinds.

A stylish 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Madrid's historic city center. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can hang out on the cozy couch and watch TV, or invite guests over to a fun dinner party at the large dining table. The modern kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a washing machine.
Both bedrooms are cozy, and each is well-furnished with either a double bed or twin beds and plenty of storage space for all your things. The bathroom is contemporary, and it has a sizable shower.
You'll be living in Madrid's historic city center, just a short walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. You'll have it all around here-- restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, nightclubs, and museums are on every corner around here. And, with 2 Metro stations nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!

OTHER RULES:

- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€
