This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Argumosa, in Lavapiés is fully furnished and has a modern open-plan layout. The 40 m² property has an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable living area, and 1 nicely tiled bathroom. A definite highlight is the cute balcony, which overlooks the street below, and across to the Museum Reina Sofia - home of Picasso's Guernica.

The apartment is located in Lavapiés, on a lively street known for its excellent bars and restaurants. When spring rolls around the bars fill up and spill into the streets. Ciders and cerveza will wet your lips, and tasty tapas will keep your belly full.
