The property has an equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, a comfortable living room with a sofa and dining table, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom. Both the living room and the bedroom open out onto nice small balconies.
The apartment is located in Centro, right in the heart of Madrid. If you want to soak up all the atmosphere this magical city has to offer, you're in the right place. There are shops, restaurants, and bars galore within walking distance, and the Metro is close by if you need to go further afield.
What we liked the most
- Centro is... central! You'll be just a short stroll from Sol.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- There a 2 classic Madrid style balconies.
- The apartment has a thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The American style kitchen has a fashionable open-plan layout and a small breakfast bar.
- The sofa in the living room opens out into a double bed; ideal if you have guests.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on a fairly busy street, but it is well insulated so you don't get too much noise.
- The landlady keeps some belongings in the built-in closet in the bedroom. However, there is an additional closet for the tenants just outside the bedroom door.
