This 2-bedroom apartment on Emilio Gastesi Fernández, in Ciudad Lineal is fully furnished and has a very stylish modern decor. The 96 m² property has a fashionable open-plan equipped kitchen, lovely polished wooden floors, and 2 tidy tiled bathrooms.
The apartment is located in Ciudad Lineal, north east of the city centre. This classic Madrid barrio is home to Las Ventas bullring, and there are plenty of shops, excellent Spanish restaurants, and bars to explore close by. The Metro is close by too so getting into the city is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- Ciudad Lineal is a true locals locale, and is outside the city centre but well connected.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors and cool exposed brick walls. The apartment has a modern decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
- Central heating is installed to help keep you cosy during winter. .
- The kitchen is open-plan and well equipped to cook.
- The comfortable living room has lovely sofas around a coffee table and television.
