This 1-bedroom apartment is cosy and bright. The living room and kitchen are joint in a common space which is bright and lively. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will not have to do any shopping for utensils. The decor is very simple and minimalist. If you are looking for a cosy, comfortable and affordable apartment in Madrid, this one is for you!
The location is 10 minutes walk from Parque De Las Siete Tetas, which is a huge park. There are several bars such as Torrecilla or El Cochinillo, which is located 3 minutes walk away, where you can enjoy Spanish tapas and other delicacies. Twenty minutes on the metro and you’re in Madrid’s trendiest neighbourhoods.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is the perfect size for one person.
- The rooms are very bright as there is a lot of natural light.
- The apartment is located in a nice area that is surrounded by parks and spanish bars so you can have the typical Spanish experience here.
- Nonetheless, it is also not very far from the city center.
