The 95 m² has modern and industrial decor with an open-concept kitchen and living room. There is a dining table, a television corner, and a lovely sitting area enclosed by glass doors. The all-white kitchen is fully equipped and also has a breakfast bar.

On Calle de Ibiza, you are in one of the prestigious areas of the city. Just 5 minutes from Madrid's Parque de El Retiro, you can easily escape the city hustle. When you need to get around town, you also have several Metro stops nearby.
