A trendy 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Madrid's chic Salamanca district. The apartment has a stylish living room with lovely exposed-brick walls, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV, or shoot some pool at the billiard table with your friends. The TV is a 49” Smart TV. The kitchen is modern and unique, with a cool bar style and everything you'll need to cook up some tasty treats.
The bedroom is cozy, with a large double bed, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the modern bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower with beautiful tiling.
You'll be living in Salamanca, 1 of Madrid's most chic, central, and well-connected neighborhoods. The apartment is a short walk from the Intercambiador de Avenida de América, where you can catch the Metro or a bus. Around the area, you'll also find lots of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- You'll be living in the chic and upscale Salamanca neighborhood!
- You are close to the biggest Metro station in Madrid (and just 15 minutes from the airport).
- AC will be installed in the apartment.
- The kitchen has a cool bar area with a pool table. You and your friends will feel like you are in a real bar - without leaving home!
