This apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room and an en-suite room. The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped. The living room comes furnished with a large sofa, facing the TV, and a dining area where you can have your delicious meals. There is also a balcony with beautiful views of the Atenas park in front.
Here you can have the best of both worlds; Madrid's trendiest neighbourhoods such as La Latina is located only 15 minutes away, by foot. However, if you like peaceful places, you can also walk through the Madrid Rio or visit the Campo del Moro park, which are also located 15 minutes away, by foot.
What we liked the most
- The balcony provides a lot of natural light so the apartment is bright.
- It is also spacious so you can host friends for gatherings and relax.
- There are a lot of shelves so you do not need to worry about storage space.
- The location is great since it is very close to the city centre.
