Muy luminoso. El piso esta compuesto por un dormitorio y salón-cocina. Aire acondicionado nuevo Mitsubishi de bajo consumo.
Situado en una de las zonas más céntricas de Pozuelo Estación, a escasos metros de supermercados y bancos como DIA, La despensa, Ferreteria Leonesa, Carreofour Express, BBVA, Santander, Caixa,.. . con todos los servicios y transportes al lado de la vivienda.
