This apartment consists of a living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen along with a dining table and 2 bathrooms. The living room is large room, full of books. It comes furnished with a comfortable sofa set, facing the TV. There is also a cosy study space inside where you can work, facing the window. All the rooms are very spacious and well-furnished.
The location is very convenient as you have supermarkets, banks, restaurants, the metro and even a hospital very close by. Interesting things to do around is to visit Calle Ponzano which is famously known as the bar street of Madrid. If you like shopping, you can also visit El Corté Ingles which is a large mall, very close to the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious and well-furnished.
- The apartment has a stereo, movie projector and Netflix.
- It is perfect for families since there are parks close by and Bedroom 2 has the perfect decor for children.
- The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped with everything you need.
- The location is very convenient and well connected as it is close to two metro stations, one of which also serves the renfe.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 was formerly a study. It's full of books, but doesn't have a bed... yet. You can definitely have one, though.
- On that note: don't forget that bedroom 2 actually has 2 single beds. (Seems to be one of those slide-out thingys.) Watch the video to see for yourself.
