This 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Antonio Lopez in Usera. The apartment is bright throughout with a comfortable living room furnished with a sofa. Next to this is a simple and clean kitchen with space to store cooking equipment and food. The bedrooms in this apartment can both sleep 2 people however one has a double bed and the other has 2 singles. In between the bedrooms is a shared bathroom which is installed with a shower, toilet and sink.

This apartment is located right on the banks of Manzanares river. This makes the area very green and nature-filled but it is also offers everything you may need on a day to day basis. There are many restaurants nearby there is a gym on the corner of your street where you could fit in some daily exercise.

What we liked the most

  • The furniture in this apartment is simple and comfortable.
  • This apartment has a spacious terrace that gets baked in sunlight.
  • There is a TV mounted on the wall of the living room where you could sit ad watch a movie with your flatmates or friends.
  • A supermarket is located directly across the road from the apartment which makes grocery shopping much easier.
  • There is a large and modern shopping mall on the same street as the apartment where you can get a fix of retail therapy.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking available with this apartment however the public transport is excellent.
  • There is no clothes dryer in this apartment so a rack may be necessary for drying laundry.
