This 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid Centro has big windows that also provide a view of the Madrid rooftops. The apartment has a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom, and a large living room that is furnished with a couch, dining table, and TV. There is also a compact but fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is in the heart of Madrid in one of the most popular plazas. You are across the street from the lovely Plaza de España and are just minutes from the famous shopping street Gran Vía. A walk around the neighborhood will take you to gardens and parks, theaters, restaurants, and several Metro stops.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious bedroom.
- There is central AC – a gift for Madrid summers.
- There are double glazed windows, keeping it nice and quiet.
- The interior kitchen has a kitchen fan, necessary if you enjoy cooking.
- You are central and well-connected.
