Precioso apartamento en una 5ta planta en finca con ascensor. Cuenta con cocina americana, baño recién reformado y cómodo dormitorio.
Se encuentra ubicado en Lista con múltiples restaurantes, supermercados y bares alrededor. Tiene las estaciones lista (línea 4) a 100m, Manuel Becerra (líneas 2 y 6) a 450m y Goya (líneas 2 y 4) a 450m.
