This contemporary 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Grazia Deledda in Villaverde is a spacious 115 m² and has access to balconies from the living room, and the bedrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook, while the living area has a nice dining table, sofa's and a TV. The modern bathroom offers a shower, while each bedroom has plenty of storage space, one with a double bed and en-suite, and the other a single.
Living in this lovely apartment you will be located in a nice residential area to the south of Madrids city center, in a well-connected suburb. You will be able to get into the city center in less than an hour, or enjoy this location and everything it has o offer from the various restaurants and bars, to the big shopping mall. You will have a grocery store just down the street, and lots of parks nearby.

- There are balconies with great views from the 8th floor.
- A separate storage room is available to store your belongings.
- AC and heating are available and will keep you comfortable all year long.
- The dining table is perfect for when you have guests over.

- You will have bus and metro stops within walking distance making it easy to get around.
