Daily
The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
SOLVENCY REQUIRED: Tenant or guarantor monthly income MUST be at least 2x the rent plus utilities; otherwise, your request will be REJECTED.
Valid proof of income must be submitted within 3 days of acceptance, or the booking will be cancelled.
All tenants must be 18 or older.
Bills are not included in the rent and must be paid to the landlord.
