This is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Lavapiés. The decor in the dining and seating area is bright and cheery. You'll love cooking in the freshly remodeled kitchen with new appliances. There's a balcony, which is a real treat. And you also have the convenience of having your own washer and dryer in the apartment.

This apartment is in a great location. It's close to public transportation options, so getting around the city is easy. You'll find plenty of amenities within walking distance, such as shopping and supermarkets. And there are many restaurants and tapas bars nearby. There's even an art gallery just across the street!

What we liked the most

  • The living room area with a couch and 4-seat dining table is great for having friends over.
  • The storage and shelving space in the living room lets you stay organized while personalizing the space.
  • In addition to the balcony in the bedroom, there's also one in the living room!
  • The location in the center of Lavapiés is hard to beat.
