This is a 4th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Escalona, Madrid. This is a sunny and modern property on the outskirts of Madrid with a great Metro connection.
It is perfect for you if you are looking to live in a quiet, residential neighborhood in this big city.

- Having friends over for dinner and drinks and making use of the balcony.
- Waking up to natural light on one of many sunny Madrid days.
- Being able to walk and take public transportation to run errands and meet up with friends.
