This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 35 m² footprint on Calle del Amparo in Lavapiés. You'll find lovely hardwood floors throughout, and a double bed in the bedroom which also has a window to let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is tucked away just around the corner and is similarly well-equipped with an oven and 4-burner stove. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and a TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows.

If you're wanting to get outside and relax after a hard week why not take a quick walk to Real Jardín Botánico and enjoy a stroll through the flowers (literally). However, if the weather isn't agreeing with your plans to spend the day outside, you can always catch the train to the El Corte Inglés shopping mall instead.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has both heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
  • You'll find a large standalone wardrobe in the bedroom so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
  • The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo is only a quick 11-minute walk away.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook right down to the pots and pans.
  • You'll find public transport nearby so you can easily get around Madrid.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no elevator leading up to this 3rd floor apartment so you will have a few stairs to climb.
  • Although there is a washing machine in this apartment there is no dryer.
