This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle de Jaime el Conquistador, in Delicias, is fully furnished and comes equipped with AC. The 55 m² property has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a bedroom that opens out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located in a central area, close to the beautiful Madrid Rio and the Matadero Madrid cultural centre. You will find cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating right outside your front door, and there are good transport links nearby to explore other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The living area receives plenty of natural light and is equipped with a sofa bed.
- The bedroom has 2 single beds, making this a good option for 2 friends travelling together.
- There are AC units to keep you comfortable over summer.
- The balcony offers lovely street views.
- Being close to Atocha will enable easy travel to and from the airport.
