This is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for rent on Calle del Arenal. The living room has wood floors and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher and an oven, and you'll find the washing machine here, too. There are two bathrooms. One has a modern shower cabinet, and the other has a large bathtub with a shower head. The bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes and windows with street views. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
You couldn't find a more central location in Madrid. This apartment is in the heart of the city, with all kinds of attractions and entertainment options at your doorstep. Take your pick from numerous restaurants and tapas bars nearby. There are plenty of shops to choose from, too. The Royal Palace of Madrid is only a 6-minute walk away. And if you enjoy fitness, there's a gym practically next door.

- It's super convenient to have 2 bathrooms! Makes mornings easier!
- The location is fantastic. You're right in the middle of all the action in Madrid.
