This 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Calle De Diego De León, in Salamanca, is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The interior property has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area with a television. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a double bed.
The apartment is located in an elegant neighbourhood, close to Paseo de la Castellana and 10 minutes on foot from the IE Business School. This lively area is home to a fantastic range of shops, cafes and restaurants, and the Metro stops 5 minutes away to take you around the city.
What we liked the most
- There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The kitchen is well equipped to cook, and also offers a washing machine.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled, and has a bathtub and storage space.
- Salamanca is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid.
- You will find gyms, banks, supermarkets, and all the essential amenities within walking distance.
