The property is located in the perfect setting with plenty to do in the surrounding area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs, it also overlaps with some of Madrid's coolest and most contemporary zones. The location is also well connected with the rest of the city thanks to great public transport links in the surrounding area.
The property itself is beautiful. The interior is elegant and well decorated with tasteful furnishings and decorations. The living space is to die for with plenty of seating space and maps onto the dining room which is furnished with a large, glass dining table and more seating. This room is well lit thanks to a large window that opens up on to an interior balcony, which will be great in the summer. The property also is complete with a modern kitchen, 2 complete bathroom units and 2 bedrooms both of which are spacious and bright and furnished with double beds.
What we liked the most
- The interior is absolutely stunning.
- There is plenty of seating space and common areas for you to relax in.
- The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances that you will need- there is even a dishwasher.
- The bedrooms are both large, well lit and equipped with double beds.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout the property.
- The property has A/C installed throughout and heating, making it great for any and all seasons.
