This stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 90m² footprint on Calle Santa Cruz de Marcenado in Malasaña. The living room is spacious and well-equipped with a sofa and table and chairs. You'll find the kitchen tucked in the corner with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms all have wardrobes, while Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 a single bed and Bedroom 3 twin beds.

This apartment is a great space for those who want to enjoy the city life with a bit of relaxation in a green space. The large Parque del Oeste is within a 20-minute walk and is a great space to get out and relax for a day after a long week. You'll also find plenty of shops within walking distance so you won't need to go far to find the essentials.

What we liked the most

  • There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
  • This apartment has heating and AC so you'll be comfortable year round.
  • You'll find public transport nearby so you can easily get around Madrid.
  • This is a 5th floor apartment with an elevator so you don't need to carry your things up all those stairs (phew!)
  • There is a reception in this apartment building for added peace of mind.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a washing machine but no dryer in this apartment so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
  • This apartment only has one shared bathroom.
