This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on Calle de Mercedes Arteaga in well-connected Carabanchel. The fully furnished apartment has a bright living room with a dining table and balcony access, a modern kitchen, and well equipped bathroom. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 single.

Carabanchel is the perfect neighbourhood for students because of its Metro system and close proximity to the central districts. This apartment is in a fantastic location to take advantage of this, with Universidad Carlos III de Madrid only 30-minute away on foot, as well as a selection of useful shops and amenities.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoy spending sunny afternoons in nature? Go for a stroll in nearby picturesque Parque de San Isidro.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop cooker and a washing machine for your convenience.
  • The decor is bright, cosy and stylish throughout.
  • The balcony looks over gorgeous street views.
  • The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
